Chang Sha QianXi Wood Industry Limited Company is Xing Sha Economic Zone (State-level)QianXi Industrial Park. It is the only producing basis authorized by Canada Sutra Wood International Holdings in China. The total investment is RMB 0.18billions, and the floor space is 118 arces. The first period constructing has been finished. We’ve invested aboult RMB 50 millions, and the basis is nearly 30,000 square meters. Annual productivity can reach 5 million square meters. We are planning to import German 5,000 tons DIFEN BACH grand intellectual digital assembly lines, which are the best in the world, for the second period of construction, and also we will buy two more German HOMAG assembly lines. Together with the equipments we are possessing now: the international class German PROFIMAT WEINIG automatic assembly line, UV lacquer showering line, British DOMINO photoelectric bar code showering machine and aldehyde-reducing equipment, our annual productivity can be 1200square, which is advanced in the world.
Qianxi Wood Industry mainly produces “Sutra” strengthening compound floorboards, which includes eight kinds of designs, such as the aestheticism style and the impressionism style etc. There are more than twenty kinds of different surface processing techniques, for example, hand-scratching effect, real growing ring effect, and more than two hundred patterns. We are one of the first companies who passed the State Environmental Products Certification and ISO9001-2000 International Quality Assurances. “Sutra” is entitled as the Exception Product From Quality surveillance inspection, which are great honors to our company.
